FATE of EARTH by 2012

I thought of blogging about the Universe and its evolution.

I find myself the evolution of universe to be very exciting and it even made to think of taking up Masters course in Astronomy and Space technology. But right now i am focussed on joining Accenture and gaining some stability both experience wise and economy wise. And the latest interest of mine is the mayan calender. I saw quite a bit programs on HISTORY channel on maya civilization in American continent. In that program i came across the word mayan calander. It is a complex calender consisting of three more calenders included in it. and with the help of those we can only cout upto dec 21 2012. and the historions think that something phenomenol will happen on that day.

So watever it is going to be there will be traces of human left on this very planet called EARTH. that is the strong instinct that i am having. Universe, We know only a part which is one millionth decimal place of our knowledge. Which star is going to have supernova explosion the next second we dont know? How much solar radition we are recieving from the sun ..... we aren't sure abt that? and over that we are decreasing the chances of survival by increasing the consumption of non-renewable sources of energy. This not only decreases the resources but also increasing the global warming effect.

Right now we can see it practically happening in Andhra or as a whole in India.

Just a week ago the mercury was raising above 50 celsius, and suddenly it dropped to 20 celsius due to the monsoon. People are not the observing the shifting of seasons, which is a very dangerous phenomena. Usually we used to have summer from Apr to Jun third week. But now it starts from Feb last week to may ending. And the winter shited from, dec-feb to oct - jan. this is the effect of melting of polar ice caps and increasing CO2 in the atmosphere.

So guys ride or try to goto ur destination once in a week on environmently friendly ways ........ So that atleat till the DOOMS DAY we can live happily.
